I’m going to second the bacon, otherwise Chinese Red Braised pork belly is pretty amazing. Oh and Chinese roast pork!

My favourite way to prepare pork is to grill pork chops on the bbq with homemade bbq sauce.

BBQ Pork – Filipino style! A sweet take on pork, with cola and ketchup, but balanced out with the saltiness of soy sauce and a little tartness from lemon juice. Cooked on the grill and I’m in heaven 🙂
So many great ways to use pork but our favourite way is to cure it, we make great pancetta and spalla.
