Since I just posted an Author Q&A with tea expert Lisa Boalt Richardson this past week, I figured it would be a good time to share a tea-related infographic. In her Q&A, Lisa mentions that “most people don’t realize that all tea comes from one type of plant – the Camellia Sinensis. It is the post manufacturing process that makes it the class of tea that it becomes.”
The infographic below illustrates how the manufacturing creates the different varieties of tea (I’m still learning all this and find it fascinating!)
